It's 4.5 inch AMOLED Screen makes this phone great in viewing pictures and videos. The Pro Cam App lets you manually costumize the ISO, the sharpness, the shutter speed, compensation and exposure settings.

Hardware and Design

The Lumia 1020 is fitted with 41mp camera with oversampling technology. The body is made up of Poly-Carbonate material and the camera hardware is made up of Aluminum cover and shutter. The design is solid and versatile, the Nokia Signature Design, allowing numerous devices to cope with everyday use. The power key, volume key and the camera key is made of aluminum material. Availble in yellow, black and white colors. The screen has 4'5 inch AMOLED display. The camera is equipped with Pureview Technology and Optical Image Stabilization, perfect for taking pictures or videos without blur.

Software

Since Nokia's last symbian device, the Nokia 808, the Nokia collaborates with Microsoft. The Lumia 1020 runs with Windows Phone 8 (upgradable to WP8 Amber via update). The interface is smooth and fluid, no lags. The livetiles update automatically even without internet connection. You can customize these live tiles any way you want.
