You might familiar of jailbreaking android or iOS, but his time i'll show you how to unlock or jailbreak old or new versions of Symbian Phones. Jailbreak allows you to view hidden files and folders and also you can install unsigned applications.
Applicable for s60, Symbian Anna, Symbian Belle and Nokia Belle.
This tweak is very easy. Using Nortrom Mobile Security Method.
1. Download X-plore.sis and install it on your phone. Phone memory or Memory card can do.
2.Download rompatcherPlus.sisx Install and Extract it on your Phone.
3. Download Norton Symbian Hack and copy it to the C: drive or E: drive of your phone with the help of X-plore. After copying extract the saved file
4.Go to your Phone's Browser and open Norton Symbian Hack
5.Choose options, then choose the quarantine list.
6.Mark all the three files ind the quarantined list.
7.Tap on the Options button > Restore. You will see a Message “Restoring the selected quarantined files may expose your phone to Malware and other risks. Continue?. The Click YES button
8.Now close Nortron Symbian Hack and delete it.
9.Open rompatcher plus and select all patches
- Installserver: install any unsigned applications on your phone.
- Open4all: access any folder on your phone.

RomPatcherAuto.exe renamed to RPPAuto.exe for complying with other symbian device.
Uninstall any previous RP+ version first before installing RP+ 3.1
